live with & understand your adhd

A picture of Maddie, taken by her son Mr A

Hi, I’m Maddie, your co-pilot and confidante as you navigate your way through a new ADHD diagnosis. I can help because I’ve been there too.

Instead of trying to fix you, I want to support you to live with ADHD, on your terms.

Since leaning into my diagnosis, and understanding more about how it presents in females, I turned my life-experience inwards. I did what I know best, using my life-experience to ‘EA’ myself. I finally understood the why behind my impulsiveness and dopamine chasing behaviours, I could now layer up the support I needed to mitigate them.

With practical strategies, tailored solutions and understanding, I can help you put the pieces back together in your life.

FAQs

Connect with me:

How are your coaching sessions conducted?

All coaching sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing, as I have clients in the UK, the USA and Australia.

What is ADHD coaching?

Like all other coaching, it is not advice. I’m here to help you understand and work with the challenges of ADHD.
It is a safe space for you to discuss what you’re feeling, I can suggest practical solutions to manage your energy and resources.
Through individual or group sessions we work together, to work forward.

What commitment is required?

I prefer to take clients for 12-months. We’ve lived our lives as square pegs in round holes for so long, it takes time to work through and unravel learned behaviours. That program is also the best value for you.
If a year seems too daunting, the minimum I take personal clients for is three months and most will re-book straightaway.
I also have a one-off 90 Minute session called The Compass that can be booked, (or gifted). Committing to our sessions, and engaging with the work daily, will see lasting change across all areas of your life.
For details of options, please head to the Work With Me page.

What results can I expect from ADHD coaching?

More energy, more time, more space. Living in closer alignment with who you are at your core, through understanding your core values and behaviours.
I’ll help you strip away layers of expectations from the neuro-typical world, and rebuild your confidence. You’re also likely to find a deeper connection to yourself.

How much does your coaching cost?

Coaching costs vary based on the program selected for more information on your options and for speaking engagements, please contact me directly.

How do I start my ADHD coaching process?

Please book an introductory call, or reach out via email if none of the options in my calendar work. I’ll schedule an initial consultation with you to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and see if we’re a good fit.

How do I know if the coaching is working?

You’ll soon recognise the changes: increased energy is often the first difference noticed. Followed by a sense of calm and clarity and connection with yourself. Consistent reflection through sessions with Maddie will also help you track your journey.

Who can benefit from this coaching?

Anyone seeking support to process, understand and work with their ADHD diagnosis.
I only coach women, including Trans Women.
If you disagree with that, then I am not the coach for you.
